Refund \/ Cancellation \/ Exchange Policy\u00a0(Cooling off period)<\/h3>\n

If you are not satisfied with a product or have changed your mind, you can return the goods within fourteen business days from the day after the goods are delivered to you. If the product and packaging are still in perfect condition will then receive a full refund.\u00a0You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. A full refund of the value of the goods will be made upon our receipt of the returned goods. Please note: The good can have been unpacked for inspection but must not have been used or attempted to be used.<\/p>\n

If the goods have been used we may provide you with a partial refund (equal such reduced value) or charge you for the reduction in value relating to your use of the product. This returns policy is in line with EU directive on returning unwanted goods.<\/p>\n

Shipping \/ Delivery Policy<\/h3>\n

Modern Plant will deliver to any address in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland for a cost of \u20ac12.50. This price covers any item or number of items as long as they are going to the same address.<\/p>\n

A signature will be required as proof of delivery and ID and or the credit\/debit card used to purchase the goods may also be requested by the delivery company. If this information is not available the delivery may be cancelled.<\/p>\n

All delivery dates are only estimates and may be delivered earlier or later without prior notice.
\nModern Plant will not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivering of your goods.<\/p>\n

An adult (over 18) will be required to accept the goods at the noted delivery address.<\/p>\n

If our delivery company fail to delivery your goods due to any of the above issues delivery charges may be applied.<\/p>\n

Once delivery has been accepted at the delivery address indicated the customer will have a duty of care for the goods. At this point Modern Plant or any third party company acting on behalf of Modern Plant will not be held responsible for any damages to the goods or packaging.<\/p>\n

Deliveries will not \u00a0be made to PO Boxes.<\/p>\n

Data Protection and Privacy Policy<\/h3>\n

Where data is submitted on our website\u00a0www.safetyshowerstations.ie\u00a0it will only be used for the stated purpose and any reasonably incidental purposes only.<\/p>\n
